Selecting the items your business requires:

  • Please look through our product section and choose the items your business requires.

  • Send an email with a list of the items and quantities required.

  • You may also call the office to speak to a sales representative directly.

  • A pro forma invoice will be sent and our order pickers will begin to process your order.

  • As soon as payment has been received your order will be shipped to your confirmed address.

  • You would be more than welcome to make an appointment to visit our warehouse to view/collect your order before shipping.

  • If there are any items that do not appear to be on our list, chances are we can source it or even create a new category for your business.

     

Pricing:

Prices range from £5 to £15 per kilogram (+ VAT). Please contact us for further details.

Products are generally sold by the kilogram in full bags (25-30kg) or half bags (15kg). Smaller amounts could be arranged by request but the kilogram price for this would be £8-£15 per kilogram.

A full quote/pro forma can be given upon receiving an order. Prices are subject to changes without notice until a pro forma has been issued.

 

Minimum Order requirement:

Glass Onion Vintage Ltd does not have a minimum or maximum order requirement, we have the resources to deal with any order size. We are also willing to work with start up businesses. However, we would just like to mention that we are a wholesaler of vintage clothing and not a retailer. A wholesale amount constitues at least 15kg of stock or a 50 piece collection. If you would like amounts less than this we would be able to recommend some good retailers in your area or ask you to visit one of our wholesale kilo events. (see www.thevintagekilo.co.uk).

We also place smaller lots in our ebay store.

Customer taking amounts less than 15kg of a single category will be charged at a rate of £8-£15 per kilogram. If you are taking 15kg+ of a single category then you are entitled to a better kilogram rate. (Dresses and Accessories excluded - see "PRICING").

 

 

Payment:

Payment methods accepted include: Mastercard, Maestro card, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, Delta, JCB card. Bank transfer, Cheques made payable to "Glass Onion Vintage Ltd", paypal (incurs a 3.5% surcharge). Card payments can be accepted in our warehouse during a visit or by calling a sales representative.

 

Warehouse Appointments:

If you wish to visit our warehouse please contact the office with an email or by telephone. Here is what we would need to know:

  1. Where you trade and how you trade? (i.e Shop/Premises, Online - web/ebay, Market, wholesale)
  2. We would require a list of items you are interested in and/or an order showing quantities required.
  3. A prefered date for your visit. We will then be able to inform you of any open time slots on that particular day.

 

 

Shipping:

Goods can be packed into 20kg cartons or 275kg pallets. 20kg Cartons are sent using FEDEX next day delivery service. Prices are as follows:

>1 Carton = £9.99 + VAT

>2 Cartons = £19.98 + VAT

>3 Cartons = £25.98 + VAT

>4 Cartons = £30.49 + VAT

>5 Cartons = £32.49 + VAT

>6 Cartons = £34.49 + VAT

>7 Cartons = £36.49 + VAT

>8 Cartons = £38.49 + VAT

>9 Cartons = £40.49 + VAT

>10 Cartons = £42.49 + VAT

Tracking numbers can be provided upon request.

Saturday delivery is an option but does incur a surcharge, please ask for details.

INTERNATIONAL shipping would depend on the freight service you require, please ask for further details.
