WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU HAVE? 

We are a trend-led vintage wholesaler who grade by fashion relevance rather than era. Our stock is generally 1960’s to 90’s; anything older than this is pretty rare to come across and often not in wearable condition. All our products are checked and sorted in to product categories to ensure that you only receive good quality vintage pieces that we know you can make a profit on. If we don’t think you can sell it, it doesn’t go in our packs.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, just send an email to sales@glassonionvintage.com with the items you are wanting from our stock list, along with quantities. We'll then put an invoice together for you to check before the order is confirmed.

CAN I BUY BRANDED DENIM JACKETS, JEANS AND SPORTSWEAR?

It’s possible we could sell you these products, however we priorities these lines with our bulk buying customers who regularly place varied mixed orders. Get in touch to hear what stock we can offer you.

WHAT IS A MIXED VARIED ORDER? 

This is an order which meets the minimum pound spend and contains an equal amount of staple and high demand items. Our high demand items are ones which everyone wants to get their hands on but are difficult to source. Meanwhile, our staple grades are still popular due to their global marketability but are much easier to source. The mixed varied order system is in place to ensure that all stock is allocated out as fairly as possible. This is how most wholesalers function to provide the best and a consistent service to their current and any new customers – unfortunately it is not sustainable for a business to sell just high demand stock. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM POUND SPEND? 

Yes, we do – please contact our team for further details. At our warehouse you can select the products you want for your business, we have over 400 categories. Our main production is bulk wholesale, we ship our product all over the globe. However – we do offer a handpick area also, if you prefer to hand select your pieces.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING? 

We have a courier service that comes daily to ship orders across the globe, so sending your order to you isn't a problem. Prices and shipment times depend on where the items are being sent and how much is being sent, but we can provide you with a quote. We always try our hardest to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Contact our sales team to find out about orders and lead times. 

ARE YOU OPEN ON A WEEKEND? 

Unfortunately, we are closed weekends. However, there are regular weekend Kilo Sales; pop-up events held in major cities across the UK. We also host regular warehouse Open Days which gives traders the chance to handpick their vintage stock on a Saturday as we know it’s sometimes difficult to visit us during the week. Get in touch to hear about event locations and dates.

WHAT DOES WHOLESALE MEAN FOR OUR BUSINESS? 

For us, wholesale is a term we use to show that we source, grade and sell our vintage stock in large, bulk quantities (25kgs or more). If you are looking to buy your vintage stock in smaller quantities then you can make a handpick appointment, come to a weekend Open Day or attend a Kilo Sale event near you.

DO WE SELL TO THE PUBLIC? 

Yes! Warehouse appointments and mail orders are for traders only but the public can still get their hands on our vintage stock at a Kilo Sale events.
