THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING:
We love and care about what we do, but unfortunately like with a lot of vintage, we’re not perfect. Unless stated otherwise, we quality check every item before it leaves the warehouse- sometimes twice! But because we sort through container loads of vintage every week, mistakes do happen. While you will always be able to make a profit on your order, you may have to make allowances for items that have ‘slipped through the net'.
We always recommend that new customers visit our warehouse before purchasing, that way, you get to see how we work and the types of products we have available for you. Everyone has their own opinion of what is “Grade A, B and C”, so it’s always best to start our relationship off with complete clarity.
WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY?:
From our buyers to our graders, we work hard every day to make sure you receive the best quality product available. But if for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve any problems. Just follow the simple return process below:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and let us know your issues. Please don't send items back before contacting us first, otherwise we won't know to look out for it.
Keep your full order together and don’t cherry pick items, as we can't accept part returns. Items must be returned to our warehouse within 5 working days for you to receive a full refund.
A credit note, exchange or refund will be given within a few days of receiving the goods back to the warehouse.
